General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded on the website shopygomarket.com between GLOBEX hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” and any natural person acting as a consumer hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

2. Scope

Any order placed on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site at the time of consultation, subject to the availability shown. Photographs and visuals are presented with the greatest possible care, but have no absolute contractual value.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes, unless otherwise stated. Any applicable delivery costs are indicated before final validation of the order.

5. Order

The order becomes final once payment has been validated. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or a serious prior dispute with the Customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order, using the payment methods offered on the Site.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times displayed on the Site are reasonable estimates and not guaranteed delivery times, unless expressly stated otherwise. When an order includes several items, they may be shipped separately.

8. Delivery Times and Delays

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days and then delivered within 5 to 12 business days.

Some products may exceptionally require a longer delivery time, particularly in the event of logistical constraints, supplier stock issues, carrier checks, or customs procedures.

A reasonable delay beyond the Seller’s control does not automatically entitle the Customer to an immediate refund.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases of legal exclusion.

10. Return Procedure

Any return request must be sent to shopygomarket@gmail.com, together with the order number and, where necessary, photos allowing the condition of the product to be assessed.

The product must be returned complete, unused, in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

11. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of a preparation error, proven non-compliance, or a product that is defective upon receipt.

12. Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from notification of the withdrawal. The Seller may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered or until proof of shipment has been received.

13. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by applicable regulations, including certain personalized goods or goods that have been unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons.

14. Legal Guarantees

The Customer benefits from the applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

15. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product, normal wear and tear, fault on the part of the Customer, or an external event beyond its reasonable control.

17. Mediation

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved with customer service, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
