Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Unless a legal exception applies, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item to exercise their right of withdrawal.

2. Return Request

Any request must be sent to [customer service e-mail], stating the order number, the product concerned and, where useful, photos of the product or the defect observed.

3. Condition of Returned Product

The product must be returned complete, unused, in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of a preparation error, a non-compliant product or a product that is defective upon receipt.

5. Refund

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be made using the original payment method within the applicable legal time limits.

6. Refusal of Return

A return may be refused if the product has been used beyond a simple trial, damaged by the customer, or returned incomplete without a legitimate reason.

7. Exceptions

Legal exclusions from the right of withdrawal remain applicable where provided for by applicable regulations.
